Salted Manuka Honey Caramels

A good caramel is already hard to find. One made with real butter, real sea salt, and New Zealand Manuka honey is rarer still.

These are soft caramels — individually wrapped, 4oz per pack — made with a short, honest ingredient list: brown rice syrup, raw cane sugar, butter, Manuka honey, sea salt, and molasses. No artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. The Manuka honey is 50+ from New Zealand, the sea salt is the real thing, and the caramel is made right here in the USA.

The sweet and salty balance is the point. The sea salt cuts through the caramel richness just enough to make the next one inevitable.

The Ritual

• After dinner: One or two as a proper finish to a meal.
• In the afternoon: Individually wrapped so they travel. Bag, desk drawer, car.
